DRANKLIN - DRUM N SEX - mp3.com/Danilkin

REVIEW BY: DJ Sol
So when I first saw the name of this one I was instantly intrigued !
A funky little number taking it's inspiration straight out of the 70's.
Chilled organ riff accompanied by a muted guitar stab. Definitely not
in your face, but I'd expect to hear the subs on this one penetrating
out
of
a "coffee shop" ;) Oh and did I forget to mention the cheeky female
vocals?

063 - EMERALD CITY JUNGLE - mp3.com/063

|
REVIEW BY: DJ Sol
The numerical duo which is "063" hit us with an atmospheric chiller.
Driving beats push us forward and it don't stop there. 1/2 Speed
breakdowns take it low before unleashing a dirty guitar driven
bassline.
Catchy pitched drums rattle in the background giving the whole mix a
sharper edge. If you take your head nodding seriously this one's for
you.

ESCHER - SILVER - www.thednb.com/artists.asp?artistID=427&nav=music

|
REVIEW BY: DJ Sol
Escher's track Silver should be renamed Slither! A deep, dark number
which
slowly wind's its way
through an atmospheric undergrowth. A bassline so errie it'll give you
goosebumps. I would have
like to have heard more variation in this track and the beats could
have
been a lot tighter. This however
does not taint the fact that Escher is going the right direction with
his
sound.
