T.M.S 1 kicks off this first battle for the label with a nice little jump up number. Starting off with a slow deep chill building up with a number of beats, it drops a much darker bass and introduces some nice neat samples, rolling on and on it'll keep ya bouncin all the way through.
Rating:6/10.
Comment:A bit repetitive, but a good start to what will be a number of great battles.
Funky Show:
This tune wins the battle for me. Introducing the tune is a set of groovy beats and jazz melody riffs. Samples are scratched up and the bass is hot. Stepping down, stepping up, this is nothing short of a good tune which leaves us wanting more.
Rating:7/10.
Comment:There could of been a bit more invention on this track, but even still Musical Scientist hits the nail on the head with a sound he incorporates in this tune.
